Original “I Tarocchi Sopraffini” (Tarot super-fin / Exquisite Tarot) Divination Tarot deck designed by Carlo Dellarocca at the request of Milanese card maker Ferdinand Gumppenberg circa 1830- This beautiful and intricate design quickly rose to popularity and ended up being reused by many other deckmakers. This tarot if commonly refered as Tarocco Sopraffino ou Tarot Sopraffino deck.
